Design Recommendations
- File Type: MP4, MOV or GIF
- Ratio: 1:1 (for desktop or mobile) or 4:5 (for mobile only)
- Resolution: At least 1080 x 1080 pixels
Please upload the highest-resolution image or video that meets the ratio requirements without letter or pillar boxing (including black bars)to the sides of the video frame to match aspect ratios). There is no maximum resolution.
- Video Captions: Optional, but recommended
- Video Sound: Optional, but recommended
Videos should not contain edit lists or special boxes in file containers.
Thumbnail
Thumbnail images should have the same aspect ratio as your video. Thumbnails that contain more than 20% text may experience reduced delivery.
Text Recommendations
- Primary Text: 50-150 characters
Text over 50 characters are permitted, but please note they may be truncated.
- Headline: 27 characters
Text over 27 characters is allowed but may be truncated.
Technical Requirements
- Video Duration: 1 second to 60 minutes
- Maximum File Size: 4GB
- Minimum Width: 500 pixels (1080 pixels recommended)
- Minimum Height: 120 pixels (1080 pixels recommended)
