Onboarding Guide

Thank you for partnering with us. We're committed to making this journey as seamless for you as possible. Below is our comprehensive guide to ensure a successful campaign launch and help you whenever you need direction!

Here's what we need from you:

Sign Insertion Order (I/O)
Once the I/O is signed, we begin auditing and planning your campaign.
Payment + Billing Information
Payment must be received before campaign launch.
Brief Approval
We have an campaign setup process of 2 days per channel. It is ideal to confirm the brief at least 5 business days before the campaign setup.
Account Access
We recommend granting our team access to your Google Analytics, Google Ads, & social media accounts on the same day as the brief sign-off.
Kickoff Call
To ensure a unified approach, we'll connect before the campaign launch to verify that campaign objectives are synchronized and all necessary components are in progress. This pre-launch call guarantees alignment and progress towards a successful campaign.
Final Landing Page URL
Please supply your finalized landing page at least 15 days before campaign launch.
Review Project Board
Review and approve all uploaded files, assigned tasks, the campaign calendar, and the reporting schedule on Monday.com. This includes the Brief, and the Budget, Locations and Ad Serving document.
Creative Development

We recommend having your creative assets completed prior to campaign planning, however, we understand that is not always possible. If you’re looking for help with your creatives, you’re in luck! We offer Performance Creative services, meaning we can produce your ad creative & copy for an additional cost. For more information, see our Performance Creative FAQ page.

Ad Submission Requirements

If you choose to submit your own ads, we will review the ad requirements for each channel to ensure your creatives meet the specifications of the selected ad channels.

Account Audit

Our team will conduct a thorough audit of your accounts, focusing on two crucial aspects: Audiences and Conversion Rate. The outcome? Comprehensive insights, a call with us to review the findings, and strategic recommendations for your team.

Audiences:
By looking at your audiences across different channels, we can better understand who’s converting and driving you the best results. This way, we can kickstart the campaign to better hone in on the best-converting audiences. This helps us narrow in on our targets at the start of the campaign instead of starting broader, which will save you money in the long run. While we ask for audience data in our briefing process, we have always found additional opportunities in our audit, whether with age ranges, demographics or geographic.

Conversion Rate:
By looking at historical performance, we can better understand landing page conversion rates to build a better benchmark. This is important to build realistic goals and benchmarks for the campaign because it helps us identify high-converting audiences that will get you a better return on your investment!

Tracking

Once we have access to your Google Tag Manager, we’ll add tracking codes for URLs, conversions, heat maps, buttons, retargeting, you name it. Tracking setup includes setting up tracking codes. If additional work is required on your website outside the scope of our tracking, that would fall under “Web Support”, which is an hourly rate of $180. For an additional cost.

Landing Page Verification

We’ll review your website and landing page to ensure all tracking is correctly implemented.

Campaign Audit

Prior to launch our team will audit all the elements of your campaign to set you up for success. This includes review of creative, landing pages, and site speed.

Strategy Creation

Our Performance team will research your target audience, competitors, and industry best practices to craft a tailored strategy to drive growth and help you achieve your goals.
