## Audio Recommendations

### Audio File Requirements 

- **Accepted File Type: WAV, MP3, OGG (required for programmatic ads) **

- **Maximum File Size:** 50MB for Ads Manager, Direct IO, programmatic, and private marketplace 
- **Length:** 15 or 30 seconds only 
- **Additional Requirements** 
    - WAV – 16-bit 44.1 kHz
    - MP3 – Minimum 192 kbps
    - RMS – Normalized to -14 dBFS Peak Normalized to -0.2 dBFS
    - No auto-play external links 
    - Ad headline (maximum 100 characters) 

### Logos 

- **File type: **JPEG or PNG
- **Resolution (Ratio):** 
    - (1:1) - 640 X 640  
          - For Ads Manager and direct IO only

### Image Requirements

#### Companion Banner

- **Direct IO:** 640 X 640 (1:1) or 300 X 250   
    - 301 X 301 - DV360 only (programmatic ads) 
- **PMP:** 301 X 301 and 300 X 250 
- **File type:** JPEG or PNG 
- **Max file size:** 200KB 

### Text Recommendations

**Tagline: **For ads manager and direct IO only 

- Please provide a tagline that enforces the message of your audio ad (maximum 40 characters)
